What Documents are Needed to Request an FBI Background Check, Apostille and Translations?

Fingerprint Form (FD-258 / FD-1164)

We provide and process the official applicant fingerprint card (FD-258) required for your FBI Background Check. The FBI accepts both FD-258 and FD-1164 cards interchangeably for Identity History Summary Checks, so your application will be 100% compliant. Does my identity history summary check need to be translated?
